Course & Service Refunds
All payments made for courses, training programs, digital products, or services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issue from our side preventing course access
- Incorrect payment charged due to system error
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

- Failure to attend classes or complete training
- Lack of usage of purchased services
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations without technical issues
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method where possible.
